We believe that we can work together with our customers to make every purchase a positive experience. Our shipments are carefully inspected before leaving our warehouse. But in the event you received faulty item, simply follow the instructions below.


Exchange Policy

Items that are in an unwashed, unaltered and unworn condition, returns will be accepted if the items are returned within 7 days of receipt (for both local and international orders). Shipping cost for the return will be borne by the customer. However, customers are advised to notify us at by quoting the order number and the product details.



All SALE and 'on offer' items are non-returnable, non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
